I recently had a wonderful stay at a resort nestled at the base of a delightful hill. the views were absolutely breathtaking, particularly of the adjacent lake. the spacious rooms were tastefully decorated and cleaned daily to high standards. the resort provided a wide variety of delicious food options, and the staff were always ready to help. there were two unique complementary amenities that fulfilled guests' needs: alcohol-free environment and vegetarian cuisine.
But there were a few things that needed to be improved. One was the WiFi signal, which was weak, and the resort staff was not helpful in resolving the issue.

Had an amazing 2 nights stay at this tranquil paradise. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food at the restaurant was divine, service impeccable. Beautiful view from Lake view rooms. Well-designed property in a fabulous location. Lavish breakfast with good food preparation. Polite and well-trained housekeeping staff. Super comfy mattress and pillows. Stylish construction. Room size comfortable for 2 people.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

During Christmas, we stayed at a resort and spa which offered great facilities. The rooms were spacious and clean, with friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and local shops. The food was decent with a good variety of dishes to choose from.
We faced some major disappointments during our stay. the pool didn't seem to be cleaned regularly and was dirty on some days.

I had the pleasure of staying at Aria Resort & Spa and I must say, the experience was wonderful. The deluxe rooms are absolutely stunning with double height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the lake. The mid-century modern design of the hotel creates a chic and stylish ambiance, which adds to the overall charm of the property. Additionally, the resort is conveniently located near various vineyards, making it an ideal choice for wine enthusiasts like myself. The front desk manager was incredibly polite and helpful, providing me with valuable recommendations for exploring the area and even organizing treks and walks.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel made me feel like royalty with exclusive amenities and incomparable service. the Spa & wellness centre was a heavenly experience that was enhanced by the amazing infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the lush garden area. the sun loungers and sun terrace offered me the perfect spot for relaxation.
The only minor issue was that the packed lunches provided were limited in terms of variety. it's not a dealbreaker, and everything else was exceptional.
